The documents show the FBI began treating OWS as a potential criminal and terrorist threat even before the occupation of Zuccoti Park in September of last year.  The agency collaborated with state and local law enforcement, the Naval Criminal Investigative Services and with private corporations in infiltrating and monitoring activities of occupations around the country.  WBAI's Andrea Sears spoke to Mara Verheyden-Hilliard, executive director of the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund
