Dr. Craig Spencer who worked with Doctors Without Borders returned to the city after treating Ebola patients in West Africa. He tested positive for the virus Thursday night.

Spencer was transfered to Bellevue Hospital Thursday evening. That's where Bill de Blasio and Health Officials held a news conference. They say Ebola is a very hard to contract disease spread only through bodily fluids.
