Workers, labor and advocacy groups held a rally in Midtown Manhattan today to demand a real minimum wage increase and rigorous Labor Law enforcement. They say the NY State Department of Labor has failed to fulfill its mission of protecting New York's most vulnerable workers from wage theft. Take a listen.
